Chadwick.T - Proof of Concept: Multi-Tenant Voice-to-Text Automation with Whatsapp Approval System

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a Proof of Concept (POC) for a multi-tenant voice-to-text automation system integrated with a WhatsApp approval flow. This POC is a foundational step for a larger project and requires robust implementation of key functionalities.

Scope and Deliverables for the POC include:

1.  Multi-tenant configuration: The system must support multiple tenants, with configuration managed via per-tenant .env files and utilizing S3 prefixes for data storage, ensuring data isolation and scalability.
2.  Voice-to-Text Conversion and Logic: Implement a core functionality for converting voice inputs into text. This includes validation of the converted text and a retry mechanism using WhatsApp if initial processing fails or requires clarification.
3.  Basic WhatsApp Approval Flow: Develop a fundamental approval process via WhatsApp. This will involve sending notifications and receiving approvals or rejections through WhatsApp messages.
4.  Audit Log Implementation: Establish a basic audit log system to track all actions and approvals. This log should be stored in Google Sheets for easy review and also backed up to S3 for durability.
5.  Documentation: Provide a clear flowchart illustrating the system architecture and workflow, along with a comprehensive README file detailing instructions for local setup and execution. Dockerization of the environment is optional but preferred for ease of deployment.
