We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to manage our crime-focused YouTube channel. As the Channel Manager, you’ll oversee every aspect of channel operations, ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality content production while managing a global team of freelance contributors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Development: Plan and oversee the creation of compelling YouTube videos on crime topics.
• Team Management: Recruit, manage, and guide a global team of writers, video editors, voice actors, and hosts.
• Quality Control: Ensure all video content meets quality standards during the post-production process.
• Channel Strategy: Use analytics to create effective channel schedules and strategies.
• Video Optimization: Handle video uploads and ensure they’re optimized for maximum reach.
• Audience Engagement: Manage day-to-day interactions with the channel’s audience to foster engagement.
• Asset Management: Oversee thumbnail creation and other channel assets to maintain a consistent brand image.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Strong knowledge of video production and post-production processes.
• Proven experience in managing teams and recruiting freelancers.
• Solid understanding of the YouTube platform, including SEO and analytics.
• Hands-on video editing skills.
• Experience in social media, editorial content, or marketing.
• Leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Photoshop is a plus.
• Highly process-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
