We’re looking for a part-time community manager to help us onboard creators in Brazil for a new invite-only platform designed for exclusive creator communities.

Our product is currently in pre-launch, so your role will focus on creator communication, outreach, and relationship management — not managing an existing community. This includes sending WhatsApp messages, translating short messages from English to Portuguese, and managing responses from influencers and creators.

We’ll provide templates and training — but we need someone who can communicate clearly, follow up professionally, and represent the brand with confidence and creativity.

Project overview

We are a US-based startup building a platform for creators to monetize access to their top 100 fans through exclusive memberships. Think: limited edition fan clubs with resale value and passive income for creators. We’ve raised over $15 million in funding and are now preparing for our Brazil launch. We’re looking for someone who: • Speaks and writes fluent Portuguese and solid English • Has experience with influencer communication (even as a fan or creator) • Is comfortable using WhatsApp and Instagram for outreach • Can work independently and follow up proactively Bonus if you’ve worked with creators, fan platforms (like Close Friends, Patreon, OnlyFans), or are passionate about digital communities.
