Uchat Whatsapp Chatbot Setup

Hi there 👋

I'm looking for a freelancer experienced in UChat and Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API to set up a conversational chatbot from scratch for my online store, which sells personalized products (e-commerce).

What I need:

✅ Integration between UChat and WhatsApp Cloud API (I already have a WhatsApp number)
✅ Build the initial conversation flow (welcome message + FAQs)
✅ Set up natural, button-free flows that feel human and conversational
✅ Automate responses for products, frequently asked questions, and post-sale follow-up
✅ Internal notifications when the bot doesn’t understand or when human support is needed
✅ Basic guidance so I can later edit or update simple flows myself

👉 I already have many of the texts written (FAQs, categories, and templates).
👉 The goal is to reduce the time I spend on customer service and improve conversion via WhatsApp.

Estoy buscando un freelancer con experiencia en UChat y API de WhatsApp Cloud de Meta para implementar desde cero un chatbot conversacional para mi tienda online de productos personalizados (e-commerce).

Lo que necesito:

✅ Conexión entre UChat y WhatsApp Cloud API (ya tengo el número de WhatsApp disponible)
✅ Creación del flujo conversacional inicial (mensaje de bienvenida + preguntas frecuentes)
✅ Configuración de flujos sin botones, con estilo natural y humano
✅ Automatización de respuestas para productos, preguntas frecuentes y seguimiento postventa
✅ Notificación interna cuando el bot no entienda algo o cuando se necesite intervención humana
✅ Asesoría básica para entender cómo editar o actualizar flujos simples yo misma

👉 Tengo parte de los textos ya escritos (respuestas frecuentes, categorías, condiciones).
👉 El objetivo es reducir mi carga de atención al cliente y mejorar las conversiones en WhatsApp.
