Tasks:
Collaborate with local brand leadership to drive adoption of services; ensure content delivery
Triage new requests and assign to resources
Ensure quality, timelines, and feedback loops with market
Work with various stakeholders like content team, brand teams, omnichannel teams
Coordinate complex projects as project manager; liaison to offshore teams
Implement change management and communications
Prioritize work and set delivery plans considering capacity
Use reporting/utilization metrics to measure adoption and drive improvements
Qualification:
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Understanding of content management workflows
Cross-functional collaboration and follow-through
Track record of successfull program/project management (risk, planning)
Supplier/financial accountability
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Business English and Italian
Requirements:
Start: asap
Duration: 12 months
Capacity: at least 30 hours/week
Location: remote (+ ideally 2-3 office-based in Milano area)
