Doctor Rebrand partners with high-end physicians and medical practices in Beverly Hills and beyond to launch, elevate, and grow their brands. We create luxury-level websites, develop premium content, and manage digital presence for clients who demand exceptional quality and attention to detail.
We’re looking for a full-time Content & Social Media Coordinator who can:
Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to generate blog topics and draft articles.
Coordinate topic and content approvals directly with clients.
Format and post approved content into various CMS platforms (Wix, Squarespace, Framer, WordPress, etc.).
Set up and optimize social media profiles for clients.
Connect profiles to automated sharing tools and configure social calendars.
Be comfortable on calls with clients to discuss topics and approvals.
What You’ll Do
Create blog topic calendars per client and get approval.
Generate AI-assisted content, polish drafts, and manage revisions.
Post blogs into client CMS platforms with proper formatting and images.
Set up and optimize client social profiles.
Connect client profiles to automation tools like Metricool or Buffer.
Schedule automated social media posts according to client preferences.
Act as a friendly, professional point of contact for client approvals.
Requirements
Strong written and spoken English (professional client communication is a must).
Experience using AI content tools preferred but not required (we’ll train).
Familiarity with CMS platforms (Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, etc.).
Comfort with social media scheduling tools.
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
Must work in Central, Mountain, or Pacific U.S. Time zones.
Bonus Skills
Basic SEO knowledge.
Experience working with healthcare or small business clients.
Graphic design or Canva skills.
