We are looking for a website of discounts But the person doesn't have to pay noting only the monthly fee $7.99US . This has to be automatic payment. As they cancel the membership they will not be able to enter again to view the discounts.
Is very important that one they click the discount it will be like a coupon. But only with the member name. Only have to pay monthly fees for accessing contents on the website, - They can cancel the subscription any time they want, - If they don't pay monthly fees their subscription will be cancelled automatically, - if the user try to share their access details with any one else, it wont work due to IP restriction.
