Have existing sdk need to convert to ocx
this is used for a bill acceptor similar to a vending machine bill validator where cash is inserted to the device.

flow is the host activates the device
then the device reads the bill returns the value
the host checks the status of the device returns a value if online or offline
host can tell the device what  bill denomination can be accepted
device is connected to host via RS232c cable
