Hello, I want to create cat animation videos generated with AI and upload them to a youtube channel with a script.

The app should use local ai image generation and animation. It should use quantized models that can run in 11gb vram nvidia gpu. It shouldn't last more than 1 hour to generate a full short video.

You can use API if the cost per 30 seconds of video is less than $3.
