Develop a web-app using (React, Django, etc. Whatever is suitable) with the following features:

-Social Login with Facebook & Instagram
-Upon login user gets a qr code discount for xx% off (main page)
-upon use (purchasing of an item), qr code gets destroyed
-points/coins get added to their profile
-purchase history can be seen
-points accumulate in "wallet"
-points can be used to spin a lottery wheel to retrieve more discounts or prizes
-user database
-web page should be well animated. Can provide graphic illustrations etc (I can design them).
