Create Extracting Api for Automated Data from Google Drive

Additional Feature Requirements:
1. Google Drive Live Status Checker
The current setup uses basic scripts to check drive availability.

We need a proper implementation to:
List all configured Google Drives.
Display real-time status of each drive (e.g., Green for active, Red for down).
This should be integrated within the ui or as an api endpoint.

2. Automatic Failover to Backup Google Drive Link
Currently, the app relies on a manual/script-based swap when a primary Google Drive link fails.
This needs to be automated:
If the primary drive becomes inaccessible, the system should automatically switch to a predefined backup drive link.
The switch should be smooth and transparent to the application consuming the drive.

3. Dynamic Slave Account Switching
After implementing secret key automation (Point 1), this feature becomes straightforward.
Requirements:
Support up to 10 Google Drive slave accounts.
Allow users to select any active slave account dynamically from the UI.
Secret keys for slave accounts can be manually added once during setup.
CMUI should enable easy switching between these accounts for data operations.
