Creative Chief Virtual Assistant & Ai Content Manager for Music & Creator Niche

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Creative Chief Virtual Assistant and AI Content Manager to join our team. As a creator, we are transitioning content production in-house and need a right-hand professional to manage our content pipeline, research viral trends, and leverage cutting-edge AI tools. The ideal candidate will transform raw video and audio into polished, ready-to-publish content across all platforms. This role is perfect for someone who appreciates classic standards/jazz singers, understands social media culture, and possesses strong video editing skills. Your responsibilities will include: Researching trending videos, viral hooks, and competitor content within our niche, utilizing tools like Poppy AI to synthesize findings and assist in outlining scripts and content ideas. Managing the post-production of text and audio by taking raw files and processing them through Castmagic to generate YouTube descriptions, social media captions, and newsletters. You will be responsible for editing the AI-generated output to ensure it sounds natural and aligns with our brand voice. Executing post-production video tasks, specifically using CapCut to create high-retention short-form clips from long-form videos. Scheduling and publishing all final content assets across various social media channels. We are looking for a candidate with fluent/advanced English, a keen eye for viral video elements (pacing, hooks, trending audio), proven experience with video editing (CapCut), and familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, with a strong willingness to learn new platforms like Castmagic and Poppy AI. Proactivity is key; we encourage you to identify and propose new trends for content creation.
