Creative Lead for Mission Cool Breeze: Scaling Tech Team

Our US Construction Project Management company is embarking on "Mission Cool BREEZE," an initiative to scale from $1M to $100M in 548 days, requiring a 30% monthly increase in output. To achieve this, we need to build a high-performing tech team in Barranquilla, Colombia, focusing on elite, English-speaking AppSheet developers.

Our current internal "App Gallery" (50+ AppSheet apps) requires a complete overhaul to establish a robust digital backbone. We are seeking a creative partner to lead the effort in attracting top talent, not  a recruiter, but a true Creator who can capture the essence of our mission.

You will be paid $10 per qualified applicant up to 20 applicants per round. As a creative designer you can find applicants any method you see fit. This is an open challenge to use your creativity.  The App Sheet Developers you find must speak English and be able to display strong command of Google AppSheet

Your creativity will then be needed to onboard and direct the development team.
