Custom Ac Servo Motor Driver Design and Manufacturing for Dedicated Speed Control Application

We are seeking an experienced freelancer or team to design and manufacture a custom AC Servo Motor Driver. This driver is intended for a dedicated application where it will be integrated directly into a main controller circuit, requiring only function-specific circuits and functionality. The primary requirement for this driver is speed control mode; no other motor control modes are necessary. Key functionalities include: - Input and output of desired speed via either uart or spi interface. - Encoder output monitoring specifically for two distinct points within one revolution. - A unique stopping mechanism: upon receiving a stop signal, the motor must halt precisely at one of the two pre-selected points on the revolution circle, based on a configurable parameter. This is a controlled stop at specific points, not a full position control system. These stopping points will correspond to signals available to the controller via the A and B channels of the encoder output. The driver will be designed for typical 500W and 750W AC servo motors of a specific brand. However, it must maintain compatibility with other motor brands that possess identical electrical and encoder specifications. We require a robust and reliable solution tailored to these precise operational parameters.
