Custom wheelchair

Hi there! I am from Peru and I would like a detailed design and drawings to be able to manufacture or assemble a custom wheelchair to my mother's measurements and special needs. She had Poliomyelitis as a baby and she is quadriplegic now, she has scoliosis and her spine is held upright with a bar and leaning on the sides, her arm mobility is reduced and she cannot exert much force. She is 58 years old and also overweight so her situation is quite difficult.

We require a wheelchair with these characteristics in general:
- Fast enough to travel long distances on the streets.
- Powerful and long-lasting battery
- Good grip on the rims so that you do not have problems on pavements or floors that are not firm or smooth.
- Ladder climbing system (possibly on the back to do it with the help of a person pulling)
- If it is possible that the height of the seat can be adjusted, that is to say that it goes up and down (like chairs with office wheels) in a range of approx 10-30cm
- With hard seat, with full but removable sides that give stability to the torso.

- Have a reclining and low backrest, and a folding support in the front part of the legs so that it can sit like in yoga (like a drop-down box)
- Maximum 80cm in total width.
- Segway or similar technology to minimize the turning radius (as far as possible on its axis)
- Folding system without demanding a lot of space to be transported in carts (if it can be automated or with remote control)
- Allow to get closer under the tables without the structure interfering.
- That the manufacture and assembly is with products from the market (tires with motor included, joysticks available, batteries, chargers, etc.)

- Include accessories such as USB port, lights, pockets, belt, visibility flag, etc.
