What We're Looking For
We're looking for a talented, AI-native video editor to join us on an ongoing freelance basis. You'll be editing short-form social content and high-energy hype reels that represent the TMRW brand across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
This is not a template-filling role. We need someone with a genuine eye for rhythm, pacing and visual storytelling, and someone who uses AI tools fluently as part of their creative process, not as an afterthought.

What You'll Be Working On
- Short-form social videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) in both 16:9 and 9:16 formats
- Hype reels for campaigns, launches and brand moments
- Masterclass-style interview and education content
- Light colour grading and audio balancing
- Subtitles and motion text where required

What We're Looking For in You
- Strong portfolio of social-first edits, ideally for premium or lifestyle brands
- Confident with fast-paced, music-driven cuts as well as slower, more editorial pacing
- Experience editing interviews and talking-head content
- Proficient in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Actively uses AI tools in your workflow (e.g. Runway, Kling, ElevenLabs, Captions, Adobe Firefly, or similar)
- Good communication and ability to work to briefs independently
- Reliable turnaround times
