Davinci Resolve Video Editor for Ai-Generated Real Estate Videos

Location: Remote
Hours: 10-20 hours per week
Pay: $10 CAD/hour
Type: Part-time, freelance/contract

We are looking for our first part-time Story Film Editor. A junior creative who wants to grow inside a modern AI-assisted video production pipeline. You will take approved video outlines, produce visual assets, and voiceover audio and assemble them into cohesive, cinematic short films inside DaVinci Resolve.
This is a hands-on apprentice role. You will receive direct feedback from the founders and have the opportunity to grow as the company scales.

What You Will Do
Produce AI visuals through our custom designed production pipeline
Assemble story films in DaVinci Resolve following approved outlines and shot lists
Sync voiceover audio to visuals and maintain natural pacing and storytelling flow
Apply basic color grading and ensure visual consistency across the film
Deliver organized project files and exports to spec
Communicate clearly and reliably on task progress and timelines

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with DaVinci Resolve
A genuine understanding of storytelling pacing and emotional arc in editing
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a brief closely
Reliable internet connection and ability to work across time zones
Clear English communication
A portfolio or examples of past editing work (any genre is fine, we want to see how you think)

Nice to Have

Experience in real estate editing
Familiarity with AI-generated visuals or modern production workflows
