Delphi Developer Needed to Modernize Enterprise Desktop Software

We are seeking an experienced Delphi developer with strong ui/ux skills to modernize an existing windows desktop application. The application is fully functional and actively used in production. Your primary responsibility will be improving the user interface and user experience while preserving all existing business logic. Responsibilities: Modernize legacy Delphi VCL forms and screens Improve layouts, navigation, typography, and visual consistency Update menus, dialogs, and workflows Maintain compatibility with existing backend logic Provide ongoing UI enhancements and maintenance Requirements: Strong Delphi (vcl and/or fmx) experience proven desktop ui/ux design skills experience working with large legacy applications ability to refactor ui without affecting functionality this is a long-term opportunity with continuous development and maintenance work.
