I have a website for my personal use that I want to turn into a product doing minimum required modifications.
I don't intend to spend more than the budgeted quantity here.
I have an MVP already published with my own domain, and need prepare the backend and front end to support multiple users instead of just me and my data.

Project overview

What my website do is allow user to upload their database of historical sales and forecast, and allow a quick check and changes through drag and drop system in a chart. They differencial is that the chart updates the table instead of the other way around. I'm using it and I'm collecting good benefit from it already, and want to make it available to the public and need help once my programing skills are very limited.
