Descript Video Editor for "Solopreneur" Video Podcast

We are seeking a skilled video editor proficient in Descript to manage the weekly editing of our video podcast. The ideal freelancer will not only edit our podcast episodes to a high standard but also provide training on how to effectively use Descript, empowering us to handle some editing tasks internally in the future. This role requires attention to detail, strong storytelling ability through editing, and a commitment to consistent weekly delivery.

As the project evolves, there is potential for this role to expand into publishing the full video episodes and short-form content (shorts) to YouTube and other social media platforms. Experience with optimizing video content for various social media channels is a plus.
