Job Posting: Full-Stack Developer for Referral & QR Code Tracking System
Project Overview
We are a debt mediation firm specializing in helping businesses recover unpaid debts. We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to build a custom referral and QR code tracking system that will:

Generate unique referral QR codes for our partners/agents.

Track scans, registrations, and conversions in real-time.

Provide a transparent dashboard for agents to monitor their referrals and commissions.

Automate commission calculations and payouts based on successful debt recovery.

This system will be crucial for scaling our performance-based marketing and expanding our agent network.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying a secure, scalable, and user-friendly system with the following features:

1. QR Code & Referral Management
Generate dynamic QR codes linked to individual agents.
Assign unique referral IDs to track lead sources.
Allow agents to download/share their QR codes easily.

2. Real-Time Data Dashboard
Agent View:
Track scans, leads, and conversions.
View pending/completed cases and earned commissions.

Admin View:
Monitor all agents, payouts, and system performance.
Export reports (CSV/Excel) for accounting.

3. Commission & Payout Automation
Calculate commissions based on custom rules (e.g., % Of recovered debt).
Integrate with payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, bank transfers).
Send automated payout notifications to agents.

4. Security & Compliance
Ensure GDPR/data privacy compliance for user data.
Implement role-based access control (admin, agent, client).
Prevent fraud (e.g., Duplicate submissions, fake referrals).
