Design an illustration for my album cover

I'm looking for an illustration for my new album. The album's name is "Temporal" which in Spanish means something like "storm" or "bad weather". The songs in the album are a journey through the ups and downs, and the different feelings generated from a relationship.
It is like a rollercoaster of emotions, an inner chaos or a storm of feelings (hence the title of the album). That's why I thought of an illustration of a rainy landscape for the cover. (I will attach some references of the style I would like).
However, I'm open to different ideas that you might have. Regarding the colors, I'd like some pastel colors. Something a bit dark, but not too scary.
Something that reflects a bit of melancholy, without it being really extreme. As soon as I have chosen an artist to complete the job, I'll give them more info about the project. Thank you so much! ?
