Design of ladies apparels

We are about to launch a brand new fashion line and are looking for a fashion designer to work with. The demographic of an average customer would be an 18 - 26 year old female, of average figure (160cm / 50kg), in university or post graduate. The main focus of our clothing line will be casual wear, ready-to-wear for young ladies to dates or to town.
We are looking for designs that will stand out in market through pattern prints and styles. Designs also cannot be over the top (eg. Loud and gaudy colors or huge fonts) and must cater to the Singapore / Asian trends.
Keep in mind also that the garments will have to be of polyester, lace, crochet, chiffon or similar materials.

As for this collection, we intend to launch for the next Chinese New Year period, we would like to encourage for more brighter, more festive designs (e.g. Florals, prints) to go along with the occasion.

As of now, we would like to request for flat sketches for the designs. Visual rendering skill is preferred, but not required for this assignment yet.

We are only looking for designs of tops, dresses, rompers, jumpsuits. The deliverables for this project are
- 2 dresses: 1 short, 1 maxi
- 1 top
- 1 one pieces: 1 jumpsuit
flat sketches and/or sewing patterns for front and back view (please see attached image for reference, the visual renderings are not required for this project).

Please feel free to go wild with your creativity as we would prefer for clothes that are pleasing to the general public yet a step away from conventional clothings out there.
