Designer is needed to design user interface

I'm looking for designer who can use Blend for visual or any other applications-tools based on XAML language.
I have several user interfaces (desktop applications) which contains all the business requirements such as buttons, check box, and labels.
I will give you an image contains the plain user interface.

Your task is to change the component location, size, color or anything related to UI design (no need to add or remove component).
You don't need to do any function or code-behind.
Your user interface should be responsive to the change in the screen resolution and size.

The output from you should be the modified user interface in XAML format (not image or other format).
I will pay you $10 for each interface, so now we start with one interface for testing, if everything goes well, then we continue.
