Detail-Oriented Ux Operator for Saas Design Reference Platform - Long-Term Hourly Role

We are building a curated SaaS design reference platform to help designers find inspiration quickly and intelligently. We are seeking a detail-oriented UX operator to capture and structure SaaS application designs on a weekly basis. This is a long-term position, emphasizing stability and consistency.

Scope of Work:
For each assigned SaaS product, the freelancer will be responsible for:
- Capturing full-page screens from both the marketing website and the product application, ensuring entire user flows are documented.
- Carefully using the product to guarantee no screens are missed.
- Editing screenshots as needed to resolve scroll/render issues, remove duplicated elements, and perform general cleanup.
- Uploading all captured screenshots to our platform.
- Tagging each screen using a provided tag list.
- Grouping screens correctly within the platform.
- Extracting specific UI components using our internal interface.

Requirements:
- Must own a Mac computer with a Retina screen for optimal capture quality.
- Possess a strong understanding of UX patterns and components.
- Be comfortable navigating and thoroughly exploring SaaS products.
- Demonstrate extreme attention to detail and the ability to follow a structured playbook precisely.
- Maintain stable weekly availability, with a minimum commitment of 5-8 hours per week.

Compensation:
- This is an hourly paid position.
- We guarantee 5-8 hours of work per week.
- The work is recurring on a weekly basis.
- Invoicing will be processed monthly (biweekly negotiable).
- A quick paid test will be conducted prior to the commencement of the full role.

How We Work:
- We will provide all necessary SaaS links for the projects.
- A comprehensive tagging system will be supplied.
- A full playbook, detailing all processes, will be provided (via Notion guide).
- Communication will be conducted through Telegram.
- Google authentication will be required for platform access.

Quality Expectations:
- There must be no missing flows in the captured screens.
- All screens must be clean, accurate, and high-quality.
- The provided playbook must be followed exactly.

This role is repetitive but demands consistent focus and meticulous care. It is not suited for individuals primarily seeking high-creativity branding projects.
