Develop a Centralized Microsoft 365 Meeting Room Management System

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a comprehensive meeting room management system. The primary objective is to create a centralized solution using Microsoft 365 services that streamlines the booking process and provides real-time room availability information. The system should allow users to easily book meeting rooms and automatically detect their free/busy status. A key feature will be a live TV dashboard displaying the current availability of all rooms. The solution must integrate seamlessly with existing Outlook calendars to ensure a smooth user experience and minimize manual administration.
