Key features required for this project include:

1.  Automated Replies: The chatbot must be able to automatically respond to frequently asked questions regarding product prices, available sizes, and estimated delivery times.
2.  Order Tracking: Customers should be able to inquire about their order status by providing an order ID, with the bot retrieving and relaying the current status.
