Please digitize and slightly edit this logo.

Please ignore the green background.
- I want the white frame to be gone and replaced with the red background.
- Please also remove the circled "R" in the top right corner
- Please remove the white dash line at the right edge 
- in the end I only want the white "fatelli" on the red background

Please also provide me with a grey lettering of "fatelli" on a transparent background (any grey will do)

I need these two logos with the following file types
- AI
- EPS
- SVG
-PDF
-PNG
-JPG
