Director room interior design

.I need a interior designer to draw out 3d illustration for a design for director room,
- currently is a bedroom,  turn to be become director office. Got furniture already,  but the new buyer, meaning the client wanna upgrade and remove the the unnecessary.
-I got new layout plan already,
-current site photo given. 
- Need simplicity luxury. For a young director.

- New carpet tile floor
- new plaster ceiling,  pattern can be change.  Minimum ceiling level at 3meter.
- Currently got 2 box up seater ( is a floor beam box up) need to be redo the box up, cos condition is not good now.

- Room size abt 300 square feet.
