I´ll be coming up with a website by the en of the year .i need someone to design it , and then  being able to administer it EASILY on my own . Fo example : the site will eventually run ads so my ability to incorporate these , or create links and other functionalities is important . Of course the goal is to have as much traffic as possible so anyone with the ability to work on other areas besides design is welcomed .
