Diseño de ilustraciones estilo pixar o comic americano

I’m looking for an illustrator to create 12 illustrations for my book. Before proceeding with all the illustrations, I would like you to first design the four main characters based on the references I will provide.

I want the style to be Disney-Pixar or European comic. Not too anime, but somewhat realistic. I’m open to suggestions. I don’t mind if it’s hand-drawn or 3D, but I want the characters to be consistent since they will be placed in different environments and situations. That’s why I don’t want to use AI myself. The first image was made with AI just as a reference, and it will serve as the model for the characters.

Regarding the timeframe, there’s no rush. These illustrations will be for a detective-themed book I’m writing, which explains their outfits. I’m about 60% done with the book. However, I want to start checking prices and seeing sketches. Of course, I will pay for the first test illustration to see if the style matches what I have in mind.

For the test illustration, I would like an image of the four characters together, but separate (it doesn’t matter if they are in a T-pose or any other pose).

Could you please provide me with the following?:

    The price for this first test illustration.
    The price for the complete set of illustrations if we move forward.
