Startup on Food services sector need a developer to add the following
* Generate a form on Wordpress to pick some data.
* Form will have several question itens.
* Each item on the form will also have input checkboxes for yes/no answers and one combobox with multiple choices. Depending on how the checkboxes and the combo are set, mutiple results can happen.

Data entry time is relevant and part of the analysis.
* Each line will have a few fixed texts, they can change from times to times. A file with the titles should be uploaded and parsed.

The texts will not interfere on the behavior above.
* Results will be displayed in a set of Graphs and reports on Wordpress.
* Data will be saved and restored in/from a differente tomcat server.
