This project aims to design and implement a sustainable urban neighborhood model in a mid-sized city, integrating ecological solutions to reduce carbon footprint, promote biodiversity, and enhance residents' quality of life. Inspired by initiatives in cities like Copenhagen or Singapore, it combines green architecture, clean mobility, and resource management. Objectives: - Reduce CO₂ emissions in the target neighborhood by 40% within 5 years. - Increase urban green coverage by 30% to improve biodiversity and air quality. - Raise awareness among 5,000 residents through workshops and mobile apps on sustainable practices. Methodology: 1. Research Phase: Analyze local environmental data (emissions, energy consumption) and benchmark against similar cities. 2. Design Phase: Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and environmental experts to create plans featuring passive-energy buildings, integrated green spaces, and electric transport systems.
