Editor a Novel: Contemporary Love Story

I am looking for an editor that speaks fluent English and Spanish. My novel is a love story, based on actual events, between a Chilean woman and a Irish man that lives in New York. I am looking for a editor with experience editing romance novels. I am looking for suggesting on improving flow to better capture the reader, plus some copyediting. The novel is in good shape from an editorial perspective. I am simply looking an experienced pair of eyes that will see those little changes that makes a real difference. Also, I need someone to translate the final book from English to Spanish. I have attached the synopsis.
