Elegant and Modern Event Flyer Design for Urban October - F&M Middle East 10-Year Celebration

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative graphic designer to develop an elegant and modern flyer for our upcoming participation in Urban October. This event marks F&M Middle East's inaugural presence and coincides with the celebration of our 10-year anniversary in Oman. The central theme for our presence is "F&M Routes".

Objectives and Tone:
The primary goal of this flyer is to effectively communicate F&M Middle East's core strengths: our company's solidity, extensive international reach, and established leadership within our sector. The design should also reflect the diversity and multi-talented nature of our professional team. It needs to showcase our company's trajectory, significant projects, and uphold our brand values, which include elegance, cultural diversity, strong local roots, and international prestige. The overall tone should convey a sense of celebration and milestone achievement, all while maintaining a clean and uncluttered design aesthetic.

Scope of Work:
The selected freelancer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing the complete flyer layout. We will provide an InDesign file with the precise dimensions required for printing, which will serve as the foundational template. Essential brand assets, including our company logo in vector format, official color palette, and designated fonts, will be supplied and must be strictly adhered to in the design. Two previous company flyers will be shared as reference material; the final design is expected to elevate the aesthetic to a more elegant and modern standard. This flyer will be a crucial component of our overall stand visuals at Urban October, complementing a video presentation that will highlight our company's journey, team, and projects.

Requirements:
We are looking for a designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating an elegant, modern, and professional design sensibility. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign, is essential. The ability to deliver final design files in editable Adobe formats is also a key requirement.
