Enhance Php Restaurant Management System with Vat and Table Number Functionality

I need a skilled PHP developer to implement specific enhancements to my existing restaurant management system. The primary goal is to modify the billing functionality to include VAT calculation and display, as well as integrate table numbers into the bill. Key requirements include: Integration of VAT (Value Added Tax) calculation into the billing process. The system should allow for a configurable VAT rate. Addition of a 'Table Number' field to each order/bill. This field should be selectable or inputtable when creating an order and displayed clearly on the final bill.
