I got a premium WordPress theme of my website which is the base of my page(I already bought domain and hosting). I would like to make some inspired modifications from other pages related to the search filters and the way images are displayed mainly the functional part of the page and how the users interact with the interface.
So the plan is that after this I will pay someone else to do everything releated with the images (logos,favicon,preloaders and banners) so I want to know if after this changes is going to be easy for that person to upload those images and replace them with those default ones.
Also I want to know how to maintain a high loading speed with so many images.

I see enormous economic potential in this type of pages, this is the reason why I am starting it. I have extensive study on the subject and I think I know the reasons why one of these pages is good or bad, however I do not have the knowledge technical to capture what I think, that's why I'm looking for someone with programming knowledge
