Experienced Adobe Indesign Designer for Seasonal Park District Program Guide Updates

Adobe InDesign Production Designer Needed – Park District Seasonal Program Guide

We are seeking an experienced Adobe InDesign designer to update our seasonal Park District Program Guide.

This is a recurring project completed several times per year (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter).

We will provide:

Previous season's InDesign files
Updated Word documents and program information
Photos, logos, and sponsor artwork
Existing branding and style guidelines

The guide is approximately 50-60 pages and includes:

Cover design updates
Event feature pages
Program listings
Sports and recreation pages
Sponsor advertisements
Tables and schedules
Photos and graphics
Table of contents updates

The ideal candidate should be comfortable both maintaining existing layouts and creating new page designs when needed.

Required Skills:

Advanced Adobe InDesign
Strong page layout and typography skills
Experience with magazines, catalogs, recreation guides, or community publications
Ability to work with large amounts of text and images
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prepare print-ready PDFs

Deliverables:

Updated InDesign package
Final editable INDD files
Print-ready PDF
Web-optimized PDF
