Experienced Adobe Indesign Production Designer for College Catalog Update (700+ Pages)

Adobe InDesign Production Designer Needed

We are looking for an experienced Adobe InDesign production designer to update an existing college catalog.

This is not a creative design project. The design, layout, and InDesign files already exist. We will provide the previous year's InDesign package, the new Word document containing updated content, and reference PDFs.

The project involves importing and formatting content from Word into the existing InDesign template, maintaining styles and formatting, updating pagination, correcting text flow, updating the table of contents, and preparing final print-ready and digital PDFs.

The previous catalog was approximately 700+ pages and took about 60 hours to complete. The new version will be similar in size and structure.

Required Skills:

* Advanced Adobe InDesign
* Experience with long-form publications (catalogs, books, manuals, directories, annual reports, etc.)
* Strong understanding of Paragraph Styles, Character Styles, and Parent Pages
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently within an existing style system
