Experienced Architectural Drafter for 4-Unit Residential Project Completion

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter or Technologist to finalize an architectural drawing package for a 4-unit residential project (two duplex buildings) located in North Vancouver, BC, Canada. The project's design is already finalized, and approximately 80-90% of the architectural package is complete. All consultant disciplines have been coordinated. We require a professional with expertise in AutoCAD and residential construction drawings to complete the remaining documentation.

Scope of Work:
* Develop the Door & Window Schedule.
* Create 2 Building Cross Sections.
* Detail 3 distinct stair types.
* Design Handrail, guardrail & balcony details.
* Update Wall assemblies and ensure consistent references throughout all drawings.
* Produce Architectural wall sections.
* Incorporate all relevant information from the structural package.
* Complete any missing dimensions across plans, sections, and elevations.
* Conduct a final review and coordination of the entire architectural package.

Preferred experience includes wood-frame residential construction, proficiency in permit and construction drawings, strong AutoCAD skills, and the ability to accurately interpret structural drawings. Experience with Canadian/bc residential projects and knowledge of the bc building code part 9 will be a significant advantage.

We will provide the existing DWG architectural package, corresponding PDFs, the structural package, and all relevant consultant drawings. The final deliverable will be a complete and coordinated architectural dwg and pdf package.
