Location: Remote — must be based in South America (for US time-zone overlap)

We run two fast-growing e-commerce brands that help people turn their most meaningful moments into beautiful displays.

Display Champ creates premium display cases for golf memorabilia — hole-in-one balls, signed collectibles and career milestones — trusted by 10,000+ golfers worldwide and partners including the DP World Tour.

Bright Ivy creates personalised keepsake display cases for life's treasures: baby mementos, heirloom coins, rings, fossils and more, each with a custom-printed backdrop.

Every order is personalised, which means every order needs artwork. That's where you come in.

The role

You'll be our go-to artworker, turning customer orders into flawless print-ready files across both brands. Day to day you will:

Place customer-uploaded photos and personalisation text into our brand templates
Retouch and colour-correct customer photos so every backdrop prints beautifully
Typeset names, dates and captions with care and consistency
Export print-ready files to spec (correct sizing, bleed, resolution, colour profile)
Flag problem uploads (low-res photos, typos, odd crops) before they hit production
Keep a fast, reliable turnaround as orders come in throughout the day

Volume varies with order flow — busier around US holidays and gifting seasons — currently around [X–Y] artworks per day. Most pieces take [15–30] minutes once you know the templates.

Why South America?

The bulk of our orders come from us customers, so artwork needs to be turned around during us business hours. We're specifically looking for someone based in South America so your normal working day naturally overlaps with US Eastern/Central time — no night shifts, no unsociable hours.

What we're looking for

Essential:

Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Sharp eye for detail — names, dates and spellings must be perfect every time
Photo retouching and colour-correction ability
Understanding of print production basics: resolution, bleed, cmyk vs rgb
based in south america with reliable availability during us business hours
good written english for clear, fast communication
dependable internet connection and your own adobe licence


nice to have:

experience with personalised/print-on-demand products
familiarity with e-commerce order workflows (e.g. Shopify)
Experience working with brand template systems
