Experienced Autocad Drafter for Quality Review and Corrections on Large Commercial Project

We are a 3D LiDAR scanning and as-built documentation company seeking an experienced AutoCAD drafter to assist with quality review and corrections on a large-scale commercial hotel project. The work involves two parallel tasks: reviewing a structured Excel checklist of drawing items and implementing identified corrections in an existing AutoCAD 2D drawing set.

Scope of Work:

Task 1 – Excel Review Sheet: Review a provided Excel spreadsheet containing itemized drawing review notes. Verify each item against the corresponding drawing. Update status fields (e.g., Corrected, pending, N/A) as corrections are made. Flag any items requiring clarification before proceeding.

Task 2 – AutoCAD 2D Corrections: Work within an existing AutoCAD drawing file set (floor plans, elevations, sections, and/or site documentation). Implement corrections as identified in the review sheet. Maintain existing layer structure, line weights, and drawing standards. Deliver clean, properly organized DWG files upon completion.

Project Details:
Building type: Commercial hotel (19 stories, 275 rooms).
Drawing source: As-built documentation derived from 3D LiDAR scan data.
Software required: AutoCAD (2020 or later).
Files provided: DWG + Excel review sheet.
Requirements: Proven AutoCAD 2D drafting experience (minimum 3 years). Comfortable working with as-built or existing condition drawings. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a structured checklist. Ability to communicate clearly.
*** (MUST: In order to qualify for this project the drafter must submit an AutoCAD dwg file with floor plans, elevations, and sections in the same file for review)*** failure to submit a dwg so I can see the quality of your work will resort in ignored messages and proposals. 

Deliverables:
- Corrected DWG files with all review items addressed.
- Updated Excel review sheet with completion status per item. Brief summary note of any items flagged or deferred.

Preferred Background: Experience with architectural or as-built documentation projects: Drafted in Model Space & Annotated in Paper Space. Familiarity with hotel or multi-story commercial building drawings.
