About Hago
Hago is a hyperlocal household services platform launching in the Washington, DC area. We connect everyday people with vetted independent contractors — called Helpers — for recurring home tasks like laundry, home resets, and pet care, all booked instantly through our app. We've completed our pilot phase and are moving into commercial launch.

Our platform is built on Bubble.io and we're looking for a reliable part-time developer to handle ongoing maintenance and occasional updates — not a major build, just steady, capable hands keeping things running smoothly.

What you'll do
Get familiar with our existing Bubble.io app and serve as the ongoing technical point of contact
Handle routine maintenance, bug fixes, and small updates as they come up
Make occasional light feature additions or UI tweaks as we grow into commercial launch
Flag anything that looks off and keep us informed — we value proactive communication

What this is not
This is a light, part-time engagement — roughly 10–20 hours per month. We're not looking for a full-time developer or major new build. The right person has capacity to fit this alongside other projects and is comfortable with a steady, low-volume retainer relationship.

Requirements
Strong, demonstrable Bubble.io experience — this is non-negotiable
Portfolio of consumer-facing Bubble apps, ideally booking or marketplace platforms
Comfortable working within an existing codebase rather than building from scratch
Responsive and reliable — quick turnaround on small fixes matters more than volume
Clear communicator; able to explain issues and updates in plain language

Nice to have
Experience with two-sided marketplace or on-demand platforms
Familiarity with Stripe or third-party API integrations in Bubble
