Experienced Cad Draftsperson/Architect for Commercial Interior Remodel Drawing Revisions

We are seeking a skilled CAD draftsperson or architect to assist with the revision and update of technical drawings for a commercial interior remodel project. The ideal freelancer will be responsible for making precise corrections, updating architectural details, and preparing the final plans for submission. This is a time-sensitive project requiring a fast turnaround.

Main tasks include:

*  Correcting all comments and notes on provided marked-up drawings.
*  Adding revision clouds and updating the revision number and date on all relevant sheets.
*  Adjusting architectural details and layout as indicated.
*  Fixing the lighting schedule to ensure compliance with energy requirements.
*  Updating a COMcheck report based on new specifications (file will be provided).
*  Exporting the final updated plans in PDF format.

We will provide the following materials:

*  A complete existing and proposed plan set.
*  Marked-up plans with detailed comments and notes.
*  The existing COMcheck file.
*  A survey/site drawing.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

*  Strong experience with AutoCAD or similar industry-standard software.
*  In-depth knowledge of architectural drafting standards and best practices.
*  Ability to meticulously follow detailed instructions and incorporate feedback accurately.
*  Excellent communication skills to ensure clear understanding and efficient workflow.
*  Capable of delivering high-quality work within a tight deadline.
