Experienced Freelancer Needed for Hr Module development Development Project

We are seeking a skilled freelance developer to create a comprehensive Human Resources (HR) module for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing robust and scalable applications.

The HR module for 50employees company  should include, but not be limited to, the following core functionalities:
- Employee Information Management: Secure storage and management of employee data, including personal details, contact information, job history, and emergency contacts.
- Leave Management: System for employees to request leave, managers to approve/reject, and tracking of leave balances (vacation, sick, personal).
- Performance Management: Tools for setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and tracking employee progress.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Basic functionalities for managing job applications and streamlining the onboarding process for new hires.
- Payroll Integration (optional, but a plus): Ability to integrate with existing payroll systems or manage basic payroll data.
