Experienced Full-Time Graphic Designer for Cpg Brand Packaging and Digital Assets

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a full-time basis. This remote role involves close collaboration with our Creative Director to bring brand stories to life across various mediums, including packaging, digital, and print. We are passionate about design and are looking for someone with experience in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) space who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. What You'll Do: Partner with the Creative Director to concept, design, and execute creative assets for Waku Tea. Develop packaging layouts, brand collateral, and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines. Prepare and deliver final files for print, ensuring accuracy, color consistency, and production quality. Collaborate with printing vendors to ensure proper specifications, proofing, and flawless execution. Work proficiently within Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) To create professional, production-ready designs. Stay informed about emerging AI design tools. What You'll Bring: 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably with CPG brands. A strong portfolio showcasing packaging and print design work. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience working with print vendors and preparing press-ready files. Excellent attention to detail and a deep understanding of color, typography, and layout. Bonus points for familiarity or curiosity about AI tools in design workflows, as well as animation skills. Strong communication and English skills are essential.
