Graphic Designer (Contract | Remote | Colombia Preferred)

Engagement: Contractor / Freelance
Hours: Part-time to Full-time (depending on fit and workload)
About the Role
D2G is looking for a Graphic Designer to help scale our creative output by transforming approved concepts into polished, multi-channel assets across web, email, social, and print while also supporting core creative production needs.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
• Support web and campaign design requests (email graphics, banners, stock visuals)
• Create illustrations using provided assets/products
• Resize and adapt designs across formats (web, email, social, banners, print)
• Produce and refresh:
o Static banner ads
o Social media graphics
o Web elements (icons, dividers, badges)
• Execute print layouts from approved concepts
• Update brand inconsistencies and action audit findings
Asset Repurposing & Content Derivatives
• Build campaign recap assets
• Refresh evergreen content
• Create seasonal variations (“reskins”)
• Adapt and modernize past campaigns
• Produce layout and content variations for A/B testing
• “Atomize” content (turn one hero asset into multiple variations)
Production Design
• Final polish and quality control
• Prepare files for print (bleeds, CMYK, resolution compliance)
• Ensure brand consistency and production accuracy
Image Editing & Processing
• Background removal and clipping paths
• Color correction and retouching
• Add shadows/reflections
• Cropping, resizing, and masking
• Optimize and compress images for web performance
• Maintain consistency across product imagery
What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience in production design or graphic execution roles
• Advanced proficiency in:
o Adobe Photoshop
o Adobe Illustrator
o Adobe InDesign
• High attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines closely
• Experience working with templates and scaling assets across formats
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• English proficiency (written and verbal)
Nice to Have
• Experience supporting US-based marketing teams
• Exposure to email marketing or eCommerce creative – B2B experience a plus
• Basic understanding of A/B testing design variations
• Usage of AI tools for workflow efficiencies & producing creative assets
• Experience with developing 3D models, either from product imagery and/or dimensional information
• Producing simple animations for campaign graphics, such as with Adobe Express
