We expect the production of clean, well-organized, and visually balanced layouts, ensuring on-time delivery, usually within 1 to 3 days per workbook. Our team will provide clear project instructions, ready-to-use content, and ongoing support.

Project Details and Compensation:
This role offers stable, ongoing work, with compensation provided per project. The approximate pay is $30 USD per workbook, depending on the specific workload and page count (typically 20-60 pages). Designers can expect average monthly earnings of $500-$1,000+ consistently, based on output and speed. Additional bonuses may be awarded for exceptional quality or early delivery. The work schedule is flexible and fully remote.

Requirements for the Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of layout principles, typography, and visual hierarchy. Candidates must have proven experience in graphic design for print or digital documents, including PDFs, eBooks, and workbooks. Essential qualities include meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency across all pages. A reliable internet connection, good communication skills, and the ability to follow directions precisely are also crucial.
