Experienced Graphic & Packaging Designer for Skincare Brand

Provence Beauty, a rapidly expanding skincare brand with a focus on modern French-inspired aesthetics and premium packaging, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer and Packaging Designer. This role involves bringing our brand's visual identity to life across various touchpoints, including product packaging, digital marketing assets, and comprehensive brand campaigns. The ideal freelancer will possess a keen design eye, a strong understanding of current beauty trends, and the ability to translate creative concepts into sophisticated, retail-ready packaging solutions. Key responsibilities include: Designing innovative packaging for new product launches, encompassing bottles, tubes, jars, cartons, labels, and dielines. Developing advanced packaging finishes such as spot UV, embossing, debossing, and foil. Collaborating closely with the product development team to ensure packaging designs are perfectly aligned with product formulas and overall brand direction. Creating compelling digital assets for email marketing, social media platforms, website content, and advertising campaigns. Providing creative support for seasonal campaigns, photoshoots, and brand storytelling initiatives. Maintaining strict consistency across all brand visual systems and touchpoints. Working effectively with printers and external vendors to guarantee the highest level of production accuracy and quality. Candidates should have 3-5 years of design experience, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries, and a robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in packaging design and brand identity. Mastery of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is essential, along with a solid understanding of printing processes, dielines, color management, and production timelines. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial. A highly detail-oriented approach and a passion for modern, minimal, and elevated design are key. Experience with 3D rendering or motion graphics is a significant advantage.
