We are seeking a skilled Podcast Editor to handle the comprehensive post-production of our podcast episodes, which include both video and audio components. The ideal freelancer will be responsible for editing, mixing, and mastering audio, as well as performing video editing tasks. Key responsibilities include:

Audio Post-Production:
- Editing raw audio recordings to remove filler words, pauses, and mistakes.
- Mixing audio tracks, including voiceovers, music, and sound effects.
- Mastering audio for optimal loudness and clarity across various platforms.
- Noise reduction and audio enhancement to ensure professional sound quality.

Video Post-Production:
- Cutting and arranging video footage to create engaging episodes.
- Integrating graphics, lower thirds, and other visual elements.
- Color correction and grading to maintain a consistent visual style.
- Ensuring smooth transitions and overall visual appeal.
